With a busy desk bound day job, a family with 3 growing boys and a dog there isn't much time left for other things. I have cycled off and on over the years taking on my first centruy ride a decade ago and every couple of years I would set myself a cycling challenge. However once the youngest of the boys, at age 7, was able to out run and out swim me I decided I needed to do something other than the odd cycle challenge to try and keep up with them. This coincided with Stuart getting into Triathlons so it was a natural fit. So, as ever, it's all his fault...
